| Description | Enter through the front door into the air conditioned open plan lounge/dining room, which is well furnished and complete with TV, DVD, hi-fi system and telephone. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, from where you have lovely views across to the Mar Menor and La Manga. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads from the kitchen to the terrace. Downstairs we have 2 bedrooms, which both have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed, safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has use of the separate shower room with twin wash basins, and also the washing machine. Doors lead from both bedrooms to a shared terrace. From the front of the property, an external staircase leads to the solarium. |
