| Description | Enter through the front door into the air conditioned open plan lounge/dining room, which is well furnished and complete with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD, hi-fi system and telephone. Patio doors lead to a small terrace with table, chairs and barbeque. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. Down the stairs (which already have a stair gate fitted) we have 2 bedrooms, both of which have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has use of the separate shower room, where you will also find the washing machine. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Doors lead from both bedrooms to the community garden. From the front door, steps lead up to the 3rd bedroom, which is fitted out as a studio with open plan air conditioned sitting room with small TV, and kitchen area with fridge, oven, hob and extractor. There is a separate air conditioned bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, and an en-suite shower room. |
