| Description | The entrance hallway includes a cloakroom. Up a few steps you will find the open plan air conditioned lounge/dining room which is well furnished with satellite flat screen TV, DVD, hi-fi, phone and ceiling fan. Patio doors on one side of the lounge lead to a terrace with table and chairs, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. On the other side of the lounge, another set of patio doors lead to a terrace with a built-in barbeque. From here you have access to the private rooftop solarium with stunning views across the resort to Monte Leon and the Mar Menor. The separate kitchen is also on this floor, and is fully fitted and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor and fridge freezer. Downstairs you will find the two air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has three single beds and has use of the separate bathroom. |
