| Description | From the road there is easy access to the villa which is in a very peaceful location. Enter into the living/dining room which has a ceiling fan, telephone, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and coffee maker. Stairs lead down to the bedrooms, both of which have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has a full en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. From the lounge there is an additional staircase leading to the solarium, with lovely views to the Mar Menor. |
