The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. Stairs lead down to 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a ceiling fan, and has a full en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, ceiling fan, and use of the additional shower room. Patio doors lead to the community garden. From the front of the property, external stairs lead to the solarium from where you have views across the community to the Mar Menor. |
