| Description | From the road there is easy access to the villa which is in a very peaceful location. Enter into the living/dining room which has a ceiling fan, telephone, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to the lounge terrace. Stairs lead down to the bedrooms, both of which have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and has a full en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead out to the garden. From the front of the property there is a staircase leading to the large solarium, with lovely views to the Mar Menor. |
