Monte Leon is set high on the hillside above the community of Monte Verde, and has spectacular panoramic views of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
Guests in this fabulous detached villa have use of the private pool with optional heating, which is available at an extra charge of £185 per week. The property is in pristine condition throughout and is fully air conditioned. It offers spacious accommodation for families or friends. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be dependant on the weather, particularly during the winter months.

| Description | Enter the property into the hallway, with a cloakroom facility. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished and complete with TV, DVD, and telephone. Patio doors from the lounge and also the dining area lead out to the terrace with fabulous views across the resort to the Mar Menor. The terrace has table, chairs and barbeque. Steps lead from this terrace down to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, and table and chairs. A staircase leads from the hallway up to the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and TV, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to a private terrace with spectacular views across the resort to the Mar Menor. Downstairs from the living room we have a further 4 bedrooms. Bed 2 has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with twin wash basins, and patio doors to a terrace. Bed 3 has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. Beds 4 & 5 have twin beds and share use of the separate full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. |
