| Description | Access to the apartment is via 15 steps from the parking space. You enter the apartment into the spacious air conditioned living/dining room which is well furnished, and has a fireplace, satellite TV and a hi-fi. Patio doors lead to a terrace with a barbeque and stunning views across to the community pool, the mountains and resort to the Mar Menor beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. From the living room, pass through an arch to the bedroom area, where we find the master bedroom which has a double bed and patio doors to the Juliet style balcony. It has an en-suite full bathroom plus additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share use of the additional shower room with twin wash basins. All bedrooms are air conditioned. |
