This attractive detached villa is situated high in the elevated hillside community of Monte Verde and features spectacular panoramic views of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and, in addition to its own spacious private pool, guests of the property may choose to use the indoor community pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May or the outdoor community pools at Monte Verde. Wireless internet connection is included in the price for this lovely villa.

| Description | The entrance to the property gives access to a hallway, which leads through into the spacious air conditioned dining room with adjoining living room. From the dining room, there is a breakfast bar through to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. From the dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond. The living room has a high ceiling which gives a very light and airy feel to the room. There is a fireplace and you can relax whilst watching the satellite TV or a DVD. Doors lead from the living room to the outside terrace. From the terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the private pool area. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor. From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 3 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the private pool. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share use of the additional full bathroom with walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Bedroom 3 also has patio doors leading out to the pool. |
