| Description | With the accommodation all on one storey, this spacious villa is well furnished. The lounge is complete with flat screen TV, DVD, hi-fi, and telephone. There is a raised dining area just off the lounge. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the the private pool and the terrace with outdoor dining facilities, pergola and built in barbeque. From here you have views across the golf course. In addition to the terrace the outdoor space has a garden laid to lawn. The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and en-suite full bathroom. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have twin beds and share use of the separate full bathroom. Patio doors in bedrooms 2 & 3 lead to the pool terrace. The 5th bedroom also has twin beds and use of the separate shower room, both of which are located in a part of the house which is accessed through the kitchen and can locked off from the main house. This area also has its own independant entrance from the exterior of the house. All the bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans in addition to the air conditioning. |
