| Description | The majority of the accommodation in this extremely spacious villa is on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted, and equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine, and a ceiling fan, together with dining table and chairs. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a terrace with table and chairs. The main lounge is furnished in a traditional style and has TV, DVD and video players, and telephone. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with large table and chairs, and views to the garden and lovely private pool. The large pool, which is on an enclosed terrace area, has a small separate pool for children. Below the pool is the spacious lawned and planted garden. The second lounge leads off the kitchen and has a wonderful cosy feel. It is in a Moroccan style, and has a TV, and a DVD and CD player, making it a perfect place to relax. Patio doors lead to the kitchen terrace. There is also a study with sofa and desk - a great place for writing those postcards home! Three bedrooms are on the ground level. The first has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and handheld shower, an additional walk-in shower, and twin wash basins. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds and each has an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead from all bedrooms out to the garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with handheld shower, additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to a terrace with fantastic views to the Mar Menor in the distance and to the mountains around the resort. |
