This beautiful individually designed villa is air-conditioned throughout and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and spacious lounge and dining areas. There are terraces leading from several rooms and a large garden, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.
The fenced private pool has optional heating available at an extra charge of £240 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be dependant on the weather, particularly during the winter months. Wireless internet access and air-conditioning are included in the price for this lovely villa.

| Description | On the ground floor are the 4 double bedrooms, all with patio doors leading to the garden. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and additional walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has use of the separate full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, and bedroom 4 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. A small child's bed and a cot are also available, which can be used in any of the bedrooms, and there are built-in stairgates at the top and the bottom of the stairs. The utility room with washing machine and tumble drier is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor is the fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. The spacious living room is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, DVD, and telephone. Patio doors lead to a lovely terrace with table, chairs and built in barbeque. From here you have views over the garden and pool, to the Mar Menor in the distance. The separate dining area has a ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to a sun terrace. Steps lead from this terrace to the garden below. |
