|Description||This villa is accessed by its own private drive and is located on one of the most exclusive roads in La Manga Club, first line to the South Golf Course alongside the 3rd fairway. From the front door, enter the hallway then turn left into spacious living room with vaulted and beamed ceiling. This room is beautifully furnished, and complete with flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and telephone. There is also a selection of books for those quieter moments.
Patio doors lead to the terrace with table and chairs, and a retractable awning. From here are steps down to the pool and garden. The pool has a tiled surround, and the garden has a large lawn, with the remainder planted and gravelled.
On the upper terrace is the barbeque area with built in barbeque, and there is also a cloakroom facility with toilet, wash basin and shower.
From here you have access to the spacious kitchen which is modern and fully fitted, and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob & extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A further door leads directly to the terrace and pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with two steps down to the lounge.
From the front door, turn right to the 4 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and a hair dryer. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the terrace and pool. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and an en-suite full bathroom, with hair dryer. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a quiet area at the front of the house. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and patio doors lead to the terrace and pool. The 4th bedroom has twin beds. Both these bedrooms share use of the separate full bathroom.
