If your booking is greater than 8 weeks prior to departure, your deposit will be 30% of the total accommodation cost. Fewer than 8 weeks to departure the full payment is required at the time of booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on our website or on the telephone. The person making the booking will become the lead passenger and must travel on the holiday.
The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If you paid a 30% deposit at the time of booking, we will send you an email to remind you that your balance is due.

In order to complete the Securepay system we will ask for the following information; name and address including postcode, phone number, email address, card number, expiry date and security code. La Manga Club is easily accessible from both Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports. A wide variety of low budget airlines regularly fly to both destinations, taking approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes flying time from all major UK airports. On arrival, we can arrange car hire or taxi transfers to suit your requirements. Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes car journey to La Manga Club and San Javier (Murcia) is approximately 20 minutes car journey to La Manga Club.

Arriving out of office hours on La Manga Club is very common and we handle this easily and conveniently to enable guests to access their accommodation at any time of the day or night. Should you arrive at La Manga Club Resort outside office hours, the keys and directions to your accommodation will be left in an envelope addressed to you in the external safe at the top of the stairs to the main entrance of Resort Management’s offices. (The code for the safe is included in your booking confirmation).

When you book your accommodation with us, you will receive a standard welcome food pack that will be delivered to your accommodation. This will be free of charge if you booked online, or charged at £12 if you booked by telephone. Items included in the pack: Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, jam, butter.
You can choose to upgrade your welcome food pack to the “Intermediate Food Pack” for £15. Included in this pack is everything that is in the standard pack plus: Ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, lemonade, eggs, 6 extra toilet rolls.

La Manga Club Resort ensures all accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and the beds are changed with fresh linen. High quality pool towels for use during your stay are also provided if your booking was made online or for a small charge for bookings made on the telephone.

You will be required to vacate your La Manga Club rental accommodation by 10.30am. Please return your keys to the Resort Management office on departure. If the office is closed, please leave the keys in the letterbox, which is on the wall, up the stairs to the right of the main entrance.
Our Resort Management team will store your luggage for you on your last day once you have vacated your accommodation at 10.30am. It may be possible to stay later in your accommodation for a fee and subject to availability. Please make your request the day before departure so the team can check availability and provide a quote for you.

Your villa or apartment will be cleaned thoroughly ready for your arrival. If your holiday is for 7 nights, the linen and towels will be changed mid-week at no extra cost.
