Will you provide directions to the resort from the airport?

Yes, when you make a booking with us, you will receive a booking confirmation which will also contain directions from Murcia and Alicante airport to La Manga Club Resort.

Which airports are closest to La Manga Club Resort?

La Manga Club is easily accessible from both Alicante and Murcia International airports. A wide variety of low budget airlines regularly fly to both destinations, taking approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes flying time from all major UK airports. On arrival, we can arrange car hire or taxi transfers to suit your requirements. Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes car journey to La Manga Club and Murcia Airport is approximately 30 minutes car journey to La Manga Club.

How can I book car hire?

Competitive car hire rates are available directly with us and the service is provided by our on resort car hire partner. Car hire can be arranged for airport pickup, please ask our reservations team by email or telephone to help with your booking.

How can I book airport transfers?

Private taxi transfers can be arranged for either Murcia or Alicante airports. Please ask our reservations team by email or telephone to help with your booking.

If I have booked a self-catering private villa or apartment rental, where do I collect the keys?

Your booking confirmation will contain directions to one of our managing partners offices on the resort, where your arrival will be processed. You will receive a Welcome Pack containing the keys and directions to your accommodation. Arriving out of office hours on La Manga Club is very common and we handle this easily and conveniently to enable guests to access their accommodation at any time of the day or night. Should you arrive out of hours, full instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.

Where do I check-in for the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club & Resort?

Your booking confirmation will contain directions to both the Hotel Principe Felipe. Hotel guests can check-in any time during the day or night.

What time can I occupy the accommodation from on arrival day and what time do I need to check-out?

In self catering villas or apartments managed by our handling agent you can occupy your accommodation from 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is 10:30am. For the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club & Resort you can check-in from 2pm and check-out at 12pm.

What food items are included in the standard welcome pack?

When you book your villa accommodation with us, you will receive a standard welcome food pack that will be delivered to your accommodation. This will be free of charge and will include items such as: Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, jam, butter. You can choose to upgrade your welcome food pack to the “Intermediate Food Pack”. Included in this pack is everything that is in the standard pack plus: Ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, lemonade, eggs, 6 extra toilet rolls. You can choose to upgrade your welcome food pack to the “Superior Food Pack”. Included in this pack is everything that is in the standard and intermediate pack plus: Bacon, olives, cereal, wine, cava. Contact us to arrange an upgraded food parcel on 01625 865070.

Are there heated swimming pools?

We have a selection of accommodation with private heated pools and our Resort Experts can advise and email links to you. As they are generally heated electrically they can take up to four days to heat so the heating must be ordered at least a week in advance of your arrival. Pool temperatures will also depend on the weather, especially with solar heating. If a pool cover is available its use will assist in maintaining the pool temperature at night. Pool heating prices can be requested by calling our Resort Experts on 01625 865070. There are also indoor shared heated swimming pools at Los Olivos apartments or Monte Verde villas (heated mid Sept-end of May). La Quinta Club villas have a communal outdoor pool, heated all year round.

Do you provide cots and high chairs for infants?

When you book your accommodation with us, you can request extra items such as cots and high chairs, along with additional equipment to hire in advance of your stay. All prices are per week and have a minimum charge of 1 week, then pro-rata thereafter.

Will the property be cleaned during my holiday?

Your villa or apartment will be cleaned thoroughly ready for your arrival. If your holiday is for 7 nights, the linen and towels will be changed mid-week at no extra cost. If your holiday is for 10 or more nights, linen and towels will be changed mid-week together with a mid-week clean of the villa or apartment at no extra cost. Pool towels are not replaced.

Are towels and linen provided in the accommodation?

La Manga Club Resort ensures all accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and the beds are changed with fresh linen. High quality pool towels for use during your stay are also provided for each guest at no extra charge.

Are there barbecues at the properties?

The majority of our villas and apartments are equipped with barbecues. Our property descriptions highlight the properties that have barbecues, alternatively check with one of our helpful reservations team at the time of enquiring/booking.

Are irons and ironing boards provided?

All apartments and villas have an iron and an ironing board.

Are hairdryers provided?

All apartments and villas have a hair dryer(s).

Is there a Kids Club?

The Kids Club at La Manga Club Resort offers activities for children aged 3 months to 12 years and is open in July & August only. The air-conditioned Kids Club has been specially designed with kids in mind and the carers are highly experienced and fully trained.

Are there supermarkets on the resort?

On La Manga Club, there are 2 supermarkets which stock a good selection of groceries. Larger supermarkets can be found approximately 10 minutes drive from the resort.

Are there any sporting facilities?

Yes La Manga Club has a rich sporting history. Three of the most popular sports at La Manga Club – football, tennis and golf – attract both keen amateurs and leading professionals. Many sports teams and championship athletes have enjoyed the facilities over the years, including grand-slam tennis champions, major winning golfers and football teams including AC Milan and Real Madrid. The tennis club now features a new world-class padel centre featuring seven professional glass courts, providing yet another sporting option for those who enjoy an active holiday. The resort is also the ideal location for a cycling holiday, whether your preference is for mountain bike trails, road bike trails, bicycle touring holidays or family bike trips. For the best rates, we recommend booking your sports, including golf or tennis with us prior to your holiday.

Do you arrange bike hire for a cycling holiday?

La Manga Club has an amazing terrain for cycling holidays of all abilities. Our on-resort partner - Biking La Manga are passionate about cycling and can offer a wide variety of the latest models. Call us on 01625 865070 for more information.

How can I book activities?

When you book directly with us, you will benefit from discounted rates, expert advise and assistance with booking golf, sports, restaurants, bike hire etc. Please contact us 01625 865070.

Are there any last day facilities if I have a late flight?

You can store your luggage at either the hotel or our managing partners office on your last day once you have vacated your accommodation. It may be possible to stay later in your accommodation for a fee and subject to availability. Please make you request the day before departure so that availability can be checked and a rate provided.

Is the Accommodation air conditioned?

In high season, air conditioning is standard in all properties at La Manga Club and is included in the price you pay for all accommodation, however, in some properties this is an optional extra at certain times of the year

Are Pets Allowed at La Manga Club?

Pets are not allowed in the private rental self catering villas and apartments or in the Hotel Principe Felipe at La Manga Club.

Are there any cash points/ ATM's on La Manga Club?

There are several cash point machines and ATMs located on La Manga Club Resort. There are cash points at La Plaza, Bellaluz Square and the main road of La Manga Club. La Manga Club Resort also has a few Spanish banks located on the Club .

Is babysitting available at La Manga Club?

Baby sitting can be arranged on La Manga Club. Your Management Company may be able to assist with baby sitting. If you are staying in the Grand Hyatt La Manga Club & Resort, please contact the Reception who will be able to assist with baby sitting arrangements.

Is there is chemist at La Manga Club?

There is a chemist/pharmacy opposite La Plaza, next to the petrol station.

Do restaurants on La Manga Club offer a children's menu?

All restaurants at La Manga Club will provide a children's menu and will provide baby seats for your children if required.

Does La Manga Club have a crazy golf?

Not on the resort, however, you will find the following located close by.

Is there a dentist at La Manga Club?

There is a dentist practice close to La Manga Club located in the nearby village of Los Belones. The contact details of the dentist and the nearest available emergency dentist, please see the Information booklet, which will be in your property at La Manga Club.

Is there a doctors surgery at La Manga Club?

The Doctors surgery is located at the Medical Centre in Las Sabinas. Doctor surgery hours and an emergency number will be contained in the information pack in your accommodation

Does La Manga Club have a beach?

La Manga Club has access to La Cala, a small cove beach. There is a beach bar and sun loungers/umbrellas available for hire. Also located at La Cala is a fabulous restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

You will also find some great sandy beaches with calm warm water at La Manga del Mar Menor, a short 10-15 minute drive of the Club.

What is the dress code at La Manga Club?

Dress Code at La Manga Club, despite being a 5 star resort La Manga Club's dress code is very casual. The golf club has a strict dress code whilst on all the courses at La Manga Club including the golf Club house.

What if I have a complaint?

We want you to enjoy your holiday, however, should you have cause for complaint you must bring this to our attention or the attention of the hotel or our on-resort managing partners immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem. No claims for refunds or reductions shall be accepted by Just La Manga Club Ltd or La Manga Club SL and managing partners unless such claims are based upon complaints which are lodged with us during your stay at the property.
