Our Price Match Promise simply means that when you book with us you’re getting the very best deal available on La Manga Club. It’s simple, if you find the same property, on the same dates we will either match the price or refund the difference*.

With us, the price you see is the price you pay, because we were the first on La Manga Club to guarantee no hidden charges such as booking fees, breakages fees, charges for towels and welcome food packs, and 0% credit and debit card fees.

Did you know? We continually monitor our competitors’ prices and adjust them if necessary to ensure we always offer the best deal on La Manga Club, which means that in the unlikely event you do find a cheaper price elsewhere we will match it or refund you the difference*.

How to Claim

To make a Price Match Promise request, just email info@lamangaclubresort.co.uk with the following information:

•   The name of the website where the product is cheaper
•   A screenshot of the offer (including the date and time visited)
•   The cost of the cheaper product
•   Your search criteria – dates/times/no. of guests
•   Your name, email address and contact telephone number
•   Your booking reference number

You will receive an automated acknowledgement request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within 3 working days.

Should your request be validated, please allow 14 days for the refund to be credited as a second transaction on the credit card or debit card that was used for the original purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement may vary, so the amount may not show on your next statement.

*Terms & Conditions

To be valid, any request for a Price Match Promise must meet the following conditions:

• The accommodation must be booked online from the UK
• The final amount paid must include the accommodation, welcome food pack, use of beach/pool towels, 0% credit card fees
• The competitor offering the accommodation for rent must have a dedicated on-resort office and personnel
• The Price Match Promise can only apply to the exact same accommodation during the exact same period of time and date
• Is not applicable as a result of any competitors special deals or offers
• Our Price Match Promise is only available on bookings made from the UK
• The competitor offering the accommodation for rent must cnot be in administration or closing down.
• Our Price Match Promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time
