This popular three-bedroom, three bathroom villa is in a great position on the popular El Rancho area of La Manga Club Resort. It is close to one of the shared swimming pools and is easily reached from the road and nearby parking.

Enter through the front door into the air conditioned open plan lounge/dining room, which is well furnished and has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, from where you have views across the community to La Manga and the Mar Menor. 
  
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to the terrace.
   
Downstairs we have 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, safe, ceiling fan, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to a balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins, which also houses the washing machine. 
  
From the front of the property, an external staircase leads up to the third bedroom. It has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and an en-suite shower room.

Please note that access to the third bedroom at this property is via an external staircase.
