This lovely first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the popular central village of Los Olivos boasting lovely views of La Manga Club and the Mar Menor beyond.  The apartment is well equipped and well furnished, and is in a great location on the lower row, overlooking the pool and just across the road from the Tennis Centre.

The price of this apartment includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The property is all on one level and has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and coffee machine and cafetiere. The spacious living/dining room is complete with satellite flat screen TV, DVD, CD and video player, and telephone. Patio doors lead to a part covered terrace with retractable awning, from where there are great views over the pool and to the sea beyond. A gas barbecue and dining table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. 
  
The master bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred. There is an en suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and an additional walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share use of the separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, and the second bedroom also has a DVD player.

The apartment is all on one level and access is via 3 steps from the car parking at the front of the apartment.  

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the indoor pool at Los Olivos is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
