This well furnished apartment is all on one level with views to one of the two Los Olivos community pools.
Relax on the ample private terrace, with its own built-in BBQ, table, chairs and sunbeds.
The large, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has satellite TV with a wide choice of UK channels, DVD and CD players. Ample seating in the lounge area and a large dining table comfortably seats six people.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, extractor, microwave and fridge freezer.
The Master bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a double, and an en suite bathroom which has been recently refurbished with bath & overhead shower fitment and a separate shower unit, WC, and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both these bedrooms use the family bathroom also recently refurbished with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

There are two large outdoor pools plus and an indoor heated pool.
