This first-floor Los Olivos 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is opposite the Tennis Centre and enjoys large external terraces with great Mar Menor views. The property is all on one level and easily accessed via a few steps, making it perfect for families with young children. Wireless internet access is included in the price for this apartment.

The property is fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and coffee maker. The spacious living/dining room complete with satellite flat screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone, has patio doors leading to a large terrace with spectacular views. A barbecue and dining table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote control ceiling fan and flat screen TV, safe and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and remote control ceiling fans and share use of the separate bathroom.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination.  Access to the indoor pool at Los Olivos is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
