The Monte Claro village is ideally located, just a short walk from the Tennis Centre, shops and restaurants. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is very popular amongst our guests due to its peaceful and convenient location, just a few minutes walk to the main resort facilities including the tennis centre. With a superb shared pool and beautiful gardens, this townhouse provides an ideal holiday location.

This well furnished 2 bedroom property is fully air conditioned and conveniently located close to the pool. 

The kitchen is on the ground floor and is fully fitted and equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and fridge freezer. Doors lead to the terrace area. The air conditioned lounge/dining room is well furnished and has flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor. The washing machine is located in the basement.

On the first floor are the two air conditioned bedrooms, both en-suite with full bathrooms with additional walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a safe and a flat screen tv and twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds. Both have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has access to an open terrace.
