It has easy access from the parking area. With high ceilings, this apartment has a great feeling of light and space. The whole apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard.  Internet / WiFi is included in the rental price.
 
The entrance hall leads you through to the open plan living area.  It has a beautifully fitted and equipped Kitchen which leads  through to the dining and lounge areas.  The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and features a modern wall mounted gas fire.  
From the lounge, there are two sets of patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and garden area with your very own private pool.  Enjoy the views to one of La Manga Club´s famous Golf Courses and with its south westerly aspect you´ll have sunshine all day, all year through.  

The spacious Master bedroom is located off the lounge area and has patio doors leading out to the pool & garden areas.  This ensuite has a bath and separate shower unit, plus double wash hand basin unit and W.C.

Bedroom 2, with twin beds, has its own ensuite bathroom with large shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 3, also with twin beds, has an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.  All bathrooms have heated towel rails.
