The central location gives you easy access to the Tennis centre, restaurants, shops, the Hotel Principe Felipe and other activities available in this 5 star Resort. 

The accommodation is arranged over three floors. The recently refurbished kitchen is open plan and is well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, touch control oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher.  A furnished breakfast terrace is located immediately outside – the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine at the start of your day.

The villa features a spacious lounge area with leather sofas, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, and a good-sized dining area comfortably seating six overlooking the garden. 

The bedrooms are distributed on three levels. 

Lower floor: Bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a full bath and shower cubicle.  On this floor there is a second sitting room with TV, board games and direct access to the garden. 

Ground floor:  There is one bedroom, with twin beds and a large en-suite bathroom.   

First floor: Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed , patio doors lead to a private sun terrace, and the other room has twin beds. These bedrooms share the first floor family bathroom with bath and a separate large walk-in shower. 

The property has attractive private gardens with a lawn area and sun terraces on all sides of the villa. The large, private pool terrace is walled and gated, so ideal for families with young children. Sun loungers are provided around the pool. Tables and chairs are provided on the other sun terraces. There is a gas BBQ and a sun awning on the garden terrace. There is also a first floor sun terrace and a rooftop solarium with panoramic views of the club. 

The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and unlimited FREE WiFi.
