An excellent choice for a family holiday or a relaxing golfing or tennis break, this stunning individual villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in La Manga Club.  

Set amongst attractive mature gardens,  the Villa offers a generously sized  swimming pool – with solar panel heating – surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers.  Near to the pool is another large BBQ terrace and chill out area, next to which there is a play room with a table tennis table, kitchen and shower room.   There is a separate Boules area by the swimming pool.

Furnished to a very high standard, the property has an open plan kitchen, turreted dining room and a large lounge with patio doors leading to a beautiful terrace area – perfect for “al fresco” dining.    

Modern Kitchen including American Style Fridge freezer. Filtered water on tap. Steam oven as well as Microwave and conventional oven.  Separate Laundry room.

There is a second TV lounge area, ideal for children to enjoy.  

The five bedrooms, each have their own en suite bathroom. There is an additional guest cloakroom.  Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with twin beds which can be made into doubles, if preferred.

The Master bedroom suite is on the first floor, with its own extensive sun terrace area.
