This two-storey townhouse offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for your holiday in the Spanish sunshine, especially if you have a young family.

There is a dedicated parking space very close to the house and easy access to the property itself.

As you enter the property, you will note the bright, airy feeling and high ceiling in the lounge/dining area. There is a dining table with four chairs and an L-shaped sofa plus chair, offering ample seating for all. There is also a large wall-mounted TV with UK channels. WIFI is also provided.

The well-equipped and well-appointed American kitchen has everything you need to make your stay as relaxing as possible, including microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, double sink, kettle and toaster. 

Patio doors open out from the lounge onto your own covered decked area with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining and from where you can watch your children playing on the grass area or in the nearby communal pool.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite equipped with a large walk-in shower. The bedroom to the back, with double bed, overlooks the pool and grass areas.

There are stairs which lead up to the very large rooftop sun terrace, with lovely views over the pool, the resort and surrounding hills.

In the basement there is a large storage area for any of your bulky items.
