This beautiful Penthouse apartment is in an excellent central  location in La Manga Club – opposite the Tennis Centre – making it a pefect choice for your holiday. With two outdoor swimming pools plus an indoor heated pool, Los Olivos is perfect for holidays any time of the year.   

The sun terrace, accessed from the Lounge,  has comfortable patio table and chairs and sun loungers plus a gas BBQ as well as a remote control operated sun blind. From this terrace you can enjoy the beautiful views across La Manga Club, over the Tennis Centre and beyond to the Mar Menor.  

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully furnished for your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD/CD player and Internet / WiFi is included in the rental price. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and  microwave.

There are 2 bedrooms on this level.  The Master bedroom has a King size bed (2 x single beds which can be separated), and ensuite bathroom with two hand basins, WC, a separate walk-in shower shower and full size bath. There is a lovely additional sun terrace accessed through the patio doors. The second bedroom is again tastefully furnished and has a double bed. The spacious modern family bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and a suspended hand basin.  

The solarium terrace, with terrace table and chairs plus sunbeds, is accessed by a spiral staircase to the upper level  where the third bedroom is also located.  This has twin beds and spacious wardrobes with mirror sliding doors.

NB SPIRAL STAIRCASE – Access to the third bedroom is via a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues.

Car hire is optional to make the most of wide range of facilities this resort has to offer.
