The extensively refurbished and upgraded accommodation is all on one level, comprising a spacious living room with patio doors which open directly onto the swimming pool terraces and generous gardens. 
 
Enjoy the superb views over the golf course and to the Mar Menor beyond. There is a dining room off the lounge that also leads into the very the contemporary kitchen, which benefits from the latest in kitchen appliances.  The bi-fold kitchen doors fold back creating an inside-outside living experience with direct access out onto the BBQ terrace and the pool area. The bedrooms comprise two twin-bedded rooms which share a guest bathroom.  The third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, next to which is the Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  
 
Relax around the newly built private infinity pool with beautiful terraces and extensive gardens.  Pool heating is available, in the cooler months, for a supplementary fee. Other services available for this villa include catering service, maid service & nanny service.

The shallow area of the pool is 150 cm not suitable for children.
