This substantial Family residence is situated in a perfect central location in the heart of La Manga Club within easy walking distance of the Tennis Centre, restaurants, shops and bars as well as the Bellaluz Plaza where you will find more shops and restaurants.

The accommodation has 6 bedrooms and is divided between an independent annexe, with its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom (double bed) and bathroom.  The villa itself has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are on one level and an additional bedroom suite on an upper floor. The four bedrooms on the main floor comprises of the Master bedroom with king bed, which has a Spa like en-suite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom with double bed on this level also has an en-suite whilst the remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds and share the house bathroom.

The spacious living area has a large lounge with access through double doors to the swimming pool and garden.  A Couple of steps down from the lounge you have the fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast area.  In front of the breakfast area you have an independent office and to the left a very spacious, dining/ family room with a cloakroom.
 
The exterior of the villa is as spacious as the interior.  The private swimming pool has plenty of sun-lounger space and is currently protected for the benefit of young children.  The enormous garden area has the convenience of an outside kitchen with built in barbecue and wood burning oven.
